Looks like it only has every episode back to 346 though (when YSC and JSM joined). As good as or better than the 1080p versions you can download as they're released here (which are 3+ GB per ep).
I just played a random ep on kocowa (I hadn't seen the site before) and it's the highest quality version I've seen for a stream. It's theoretically possible to fix in 1080p, but if it's been downscaled to 720p it's impossible to fix.
It's typically the 1080p versions with the problem because the broadcast standard is 1080i, and needs to be deinterlaced to up-res it to 1080p. R/koreanvariety has some episodes (dunno how far back they go) in very high quality, but its videos are not deinterlaced properly which ruins it (you'll see horizontal lines in fast motion and moving text). When DramaFever had it, their encodes were slightly higher quality, but not much better. I'd only use the sites with heavy ad and script blockers. Myrunningman offers no-watermark versions. But they're the cleanest website downloadable versions I could find with complete libraries Kissasian puts a light watermark in the upper-left. Kissasian and myrunningman are 720p and compress the episodes heavily (700-900 MB per episode - you'll see lots of blockiness on fast action scenes). Submit a Text Post/Link Submit an Episode Guide
